In an ever-changing and confusing market, I highly recommend Paulanne to anyone wishing a stress-free process. Before choosing my realtor, I had spoken with 2 other well-known realtors in Kingston, both of whom wanted to list my home for tens of thousands less than Paulanne. Due to Palanne’s years of experience, knowledge of the current market, and strong negotiation skills, my house sold for $20,000 more than what Paulanne and I had decided upon. Can you imagine how much money I would have lost if I had chosen one of the others? Be wary of agents looking for a fast commission at your expense.
