Our Agents

Paulanne
Realtor. Silversmith. Unapologetic spider and snake enthusiast.
Paulanne returned to real estate in 2016 after a 17-year adventure that took her from the car lot to the coast of Greece. For 11 of those years, she ran The Car Store, a used auto dealership, and The Car Spa, an auto detailing business. The other six were spent teaching English in Greece and volunteering with Nine Lives Greece, a street cat rescue organization dedicated to caring for the country's forgotten felines.
Real estate is Paulanne's passion, but she's never been one to sit still. She teaches silversmithing at The Tett Centre through the Kingston Lapidary and Mineral Club and volunteers with Sandy Pines Wildlife Centre, rescuing animals in need and helping get them to safety.
Paulanne and Barb first crossed paths at RE/MAX in the early '90s, where a friendship sparked that eventually became a business partnership: Team Kingston Realty. Together, they're committed to stress-free transitions for sellers and helping buyers find the perfect home for their next chapter, furry, feathered, or scaly family members included.
Our motto pretty much sums it up: Our passion. Your property. Our priority.

Barb
Realtor. Musician. Relentlessly dedicated to helping you find home.
Barb launched her real estate career at the end of 1989, right as the recession hit. Trial by fire taught her early that success in this business comes down to long hours, hard work, and genuinely listening to what people need. More than three decades later, that foundation still drives everything she does.
Her commitment to the profession extends beyond her own practice. Barb has served on the Kingston Area Real Estate Association (KAREA) Board of Directors since 2014, including terms as President (2018) and Past President (2019). A self-described tech enthusiast, she's always exploring the latest tools and applications to help fellow realtors—and ultimately buyers and sellers—make smarter, more informed decisions.
When she's not working, you'll find Barb in her music room, writing songs, playing one of her many guitars, or jamming with fellow musical friends. But her greatest joy? Time with her wonderful family.
